Cybersecurity that doesn't sleep

Attackers don't care how big you are. They look for the easiest way in. We close those doors and watch the rest around the clock.

What you get

  • Stolen passwords no longer equal a breach
  • Phishing caught before it lands
  • Clean answers on insurance questionnaires

What's included

Cybersecurity: what's included

24/7 detection and response

Threats spotted and contained around the clock, with a human reviewing every serious alert.

Endpoint protection (EDR)

Microsoft Defender for Business on every device, centrally managed.

MFA and Conditional Access

Stolen passwords stop being enough to get in.

Email security

Phishing, malware and impersonation filtered before it reaches inboxes.

Security awareness training

Short monthly lessons and phishing simulations for every user.

Vulnerability management

Missing patches and risky settings found and fixed on a schedule.

DNS and web filtering

Malicious sites blocked on and off the office network.

Incident response plan

Who does what when something goes wrong, written and tested.

Small businesses are the easy target

Most breaches at small and mid-sized companies start the same few ways: a stolen password without multi-factor authentication, a convincing phishing email, an unpatched device, or a fake invoice that changes a vendor's bank details. None of these need a sophisticated attacker. All of them can be stopped with the right controls, set up properly and watched constantly.

Our managed cybersecurity service is layered. Each layer catches what the one before it misses, and every alert goes to people who know what normal looks like in your business.

The layers

  • Identity: multi-factor authentication for everyone, Conditional Access, and legacy sign-in blocked.
  • Email: anti-phishing, attachment and link scanning, impersonation protection, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  • Devices: endpoint detection and response with Microsoft Defender for Business, encryption and patching.
  • People: short security awareness training and simulated phishing, with reporting by department.
  • Detection and response: 24/7 monitoring that isolates a compromised device or account in minutes, not days.
  • Recovery: immutable backups and a written incident response plan you've actually rehearsed.

Ready for your cyber insurance renewal

Insurers now ask detailed questions about MFA, EDR, backups and training before they quote. We help you answer them truthfully and back it up with evidence. See the controls insurers ask about.

How it works

Getting started is simple

  1. 01

    Free IT assessment

We review your Microsoft 365 tenant, devices, backups and security, then walk you through what we found. No cost, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Roadmap and flat quote

You get a prioritised plan and one per-user monthly price. Projects are quoted separately, up front.

  3. 03

    Onboard and lock down

We document everything, deploy our tools, close the biggest security gaps first and coordinate the handoff from your old provider.

  4. 04

    Proactive care

Monitoring, patching, help desk and quarterly planning. Problems get fixed before they become outages.

Cybersecurity FAQ

Do small businesses really need 24/7 monitoring?

Ransomware is often launched at night or over a weekend, when nobody is watching. Antivirus alone flags problems; detection and response stops them. For any business that can't afford days of downtime, 24/7 monitoring is the difference between a contained alert and a full outage.

What is MDR?

Managed detection and response. Security software on every device and in Microsoft 365 sends alerts to a team that investigates them and acts, for example by isolating a laptop or disabling a compromised account, at any hour.

Is Microsoft Defender good enough?

Microsoft Defender for Business, included with Microsoft 365 Business Premium, is a strong EDR product. Its weakness is that someone has to watch and tune it. That's the part we provide.

What happens if we get hacked?

We contain the threat, preserve evidence, restore from clean backups and work with your insurer and their incident response firm. Then we fix how it happened. Having a plan before it happens cuts the cost and the downtime.

Will security make work harder for my team?

Done right, no. Modern sign-in uses phone approvals or passkeys, trusted devices skip extra prompts, and most protection runs in the background. People notice fewer pop-ups, not more.
