Microsoft 365 is your company's operating system

Email, files, chat, meetings, device management, identity and security all run through Microsoft 365 now. When it's set up well, people find files fast, sign in once, and work securely from anywhere. When it's set up badly, you get duplicate file copies, shared passwords, guests who never lose access, and a security score nobody has looked at.

As a Microsoft 365 consultant, we start with a review of your tenant: licenses, sign-in policies, mailbox rules, sharing settings, device compliance and your Microsoft Secure Score. You get a plain-English report of what's wrong, what it costs you, and what to fix first.

Stop overpaying for licenses

We regularly find inactive users still licensed, people on the wrong plan, and add-ons that Business Premium already includes. A licensing review usually pays for itself. Not sure which plan fits? Read our Business Premium vs. Business Standard comparison.

Migrations without the drama

Moving from Google Workspace, another Microsoft 365 tenant, or an old Exchange server? We plan the cutover, move mail, calendars and files, and support your users the morning after. Mergers and acquisitions included.

Copilot readiness

Microsoft 365 Copilot can only see what users can see, which means bad permissions become bad answers. Before rollout, we clean up sharing, label sensitive data and set guardrails, so Copilot helps without exposing payroll to the whole company.

Microsoft 365 FAQ

Which Microsoft 365 plan does a small business need?

For most businesses under 300 users that handle client or financial data, Microsoft 365 Business Premium is the right plan because it adds Intune, Conditional Access and Defender for Business. Some users can stay on Business Standard or Basic. We'll map each person to the cheapest plan that covers what they need.

Can you move us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?

Yes. We migrate mail, calendars, contacts and Drive files, set up the new tenant securely, and handle the cutover over a weekend or evening so your team isn't disrupted.

Do you buy licenses through you or Microsoft?

Either works. We can manage the licenses you already buy, or provide them through a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider so billing and support sit in one place.

What is Microsoft Secure Score?

A rating inside Microsoft 365 that measures how many recommended security settings you've turned on. It's a useful to-do list. We use it alongside our own baseline, because some high-impact settings are worth more than the points suggest.

Are we ready for Copilot?

If your SharePoint and OneDrive sharing has never been reviewed, probably not yet. Copilot surfaces anything a user has access to. A readiness review finds oversharing first so the rollout is safe.
